For the Love of Baking

I've loved baking since I was a kid, starting with chocolate chip cookies and pumpkin bread. Over time, I moved into breads and fell in love with turning simple ingredients into something fluffy and delicious. Baking is a journey that never really ends, and I love that there's always more to learn.

Lately, I've been leaning into local wheat — supporting local farmers while capitalizing on the amazing flavors it brings to my baking. Sharing my bakes through my tiny bakery brings me so much joy.
