Lately, I've been experimenting with unusual flours in cookies, discovering how they transform flavors. I enjoy taking classes to hone my skills and find joy in sharing my creations with others
This passion inspired me to launch a micro cottage bakery, where I share rustic breads and whimsical desserts to add sweetness to everyday life
