General Terms

• All products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to state commercial food manufacturing regulations
• Products are prepared and packaged in compliance with California Cottage Food Law and local health department requirements
• This business operates under a valid Class A cottage food permit issued by the local county health department
• This business is only approved for direct to consumer sales and cannot sell to businesses
• All sales and deliveries are limited to within the state of California

Product Safety and Quality

• All products are made using approved ingredients and recipes from the California Department of Public Health's approved foods list
• Products are prepared following food safety guidelines and best practices for sanitation
• While we strive for quality, variations in appearance or taste may occur due to the handmade nature of our products
• Our products are prepared in a home kitchen that may contain common allergens including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and wheat. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens

Ordering and Payment

• Orders may be placed online
• Full payment is required at the time of order
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone subject to Federal and State non-discrimination laws

Pickup and Delivery

• Pickup is available in Orinda on weekends
• Delivery is available within the St. Stephens, El Nido Ranch, Honey Hill areas of Orinda. Free delivery with minimum order of at least $10. For deliveries in the Lamorinda area, please reach out

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery may receive a full refund
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders
• In the rare event of a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

Allergen Statement

• Our products are prepared in a home kitchen that may contain common allergens including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and wheat. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens

Liability

• By purchasing our products, customers acknowledge that they are aware of the cottage food nature of our business
• We are not liable for any allergic reactions or other adverse effects resulting from consumption of our products
• Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Honey Hill Bakes from any claims arising from the use or consumption of our products
